posted 02-16-99 08:28 AM ET What determines the cost of rising and lowering terrain in the game? I didn't know if there was something I could do (like look at land features)to decide where it woudl be relitively in expensive to raise/lower the terrain instead of cheking square by square. For example to raise sunny mesa to 4000 feet it is only about 40 energy total. But to lower some land next to an ocean square it was asking 900 energy...
