I like to click on all the units in an certain area and do their moves -- but the game keeps moving me to whichever of my units it thinks is "next" -- it's always on the other side of the world, and it's very confusing -- how can I tell it not to center on the blinking unit and/or not to select the "next" unit unless I ask it to?

Menu -> Preferences -> Map ones I think...
There's an option to not center on current unit.
