On the Energy Allocation Readout display, I sometimes get an asterisk on the "Bonus" section. I don't know what this means. Anyone have a clue?
(I already looked in both the SMAC manual and the Prima guide, but there is no mention of it in either place.)

The only situation in which I've noticed this so far is for economy when the build selection is stockpile or whatever the term is. Don't know though if it crops up for other reasons.
