I noticed most of the time I can frame my deeds on another person when my probe teams are successful. But I can't seem to do this all of the time. (I am playing lal's faction at the moment. I don't wan't to get caught becasue I am on year 2280 and have not had a single battle with any enemies, I have treaties with them all and I want ot keep it that way. But I woudl like to turn them against my govoner opponent.
How can I gurantee that I can placfe blame on someone else BEFORE I go probing around their networks?

its never a gurantee that youll get away with out a sratch. but to improve your odds your probe teams need morale upgrades (monolith,morale ability upgrade,base facilitys,and social engineering with prefrences torward morale for a couple turns).

What i meant was, it doesn't always give me the OPTION of framing it on anothe rplayeer. It just says I have succeeded in doing xxx... I woudl like to be sure I have th eoption of framing other factions before I take action, is there something I need to do for my probe teams before they have the ability to frame other teams?

Certain actions can't be framed on other players. You obviously can't frame mind control. Try sabatoge, that is the only one I rember absolutely.

Even things that are frameable aren't *always*, though, and there's nothing you can do to affect this... I believe it's simply when you make the roll to determine success or failure, if you succeed sufficiently "well", it gives you the option to frame...
The only way to "guarantee" a framing chance is to save and keep reloading until it offers the possibility :>
