On the main screen data mfd when I played the tutorials there were some faction graphs along with the mission year(econ-pysch-lab) and other listings that would cycle regularly.
Now that I'm playing a random map this does not happen. I only get the mission year,e,p,l info, tried clicking there etc. nothing.
Do I need a tech or something to get these?
Is there a listing of all the Alpha Centuri.ini settings and what they do anywhere?

It depends on how far you've grown. It won't display power charts if everyone is pretty much "in the cradle" for instance.
