It seems when i click and drag a unit to a region i want it to go that is to far for it to move in 1 turn then the turn will pass and the game will move into the next turn even if you have not moved your other units. To me this seems very prohibative as you lose potential time and recon. Can anybody else confirm this fault? Now when move my units i only right click

Haven't seen this before. If you wish to always manually end your turn, activate the pause at end of turn option in the preferences.
