How do I get a naval unit out of a pond? (I didn't realize the creating base was only on the shore of a pond.) |

i don't think you can, goto a base and disband it |

create base on the ocean shore,or on the ocean itself (sea colony pod). note:you cant move your naval unit on the land squares (hehehe) CEO SmartFart |

Use a sea former to lower the land right offshore until it's on the coast... Antiam |

And the final ridiculous answer ... build cities in every square between the lake and the sea ... the ship can move into land cities. |

Errr... I haven't tried this but equip a chopper with a carrier pod and 'air-lift' it out to sea... Can anyone try this and let me know... This might open up new 'horizons' in my SMAC strategy.
