Just wondering if the final release will be so SLOW to play? I am running a P200/32ram, plenty of HD space, (admittedly my 2mb virge graphics cards is pants) but even with animation options and quickmoves etc etc switched to the fastest, it is still depressingly slow! Units take ages to move, city screens and sub-menus take ages to appear, and that could make the game impossibly slow in later stages! Has anyone else experienced this?
On another note - thankyou for encrypting the savegame files; now my hex-editing scum of a housemate will be on a level playing field! Hehehehehehehe
