Is there an editor out there for the cvr files? Just curious, it would be a neat thing to have

I wish... unfortunately, it doesn't exist and probably won't. We just have to hope that Firaxis will come up with an alternate 2D format to edit graphics.

My understanding is it's a proprietary format, or at least a proprietary flavor, so know, I don't know of any tools that are publicly available, and I've got almost every graphics toy on the planet.
