Space-Elevator

Is there anything I missed? Space El. should give double minerals with produktion of orbital satelits (or half costs, acording to another description). In vers. 1.0 I remember lots of ecodamage after getting this SP. With 3.0, no production-bonus at all! Takes 90% of the precious value from Space-Elevator. Otherwise, it was my favourite SP.

Telepathy Matrix

Did anyone have an experience like this: after getting this SP, nothing changed at all. Fortunately I didn�t really need it severely (because of lots of specialists in endgame).

Golden Age

Whats up with Golden Age. In Civ, I loved it. But now, you get a growth bonus from lets say 10 to 8 nutrition-columns (thats ok) or from 6 to 5, but no pop-explosion. It should go from 6 to 5 with pop-explosion! (=growth +6). Most useful value is gone. Ok, this penomen is known and described already. Heavy bug.

Another bug, nowhere described as far as I know, is: Your economy should go up +1. Ok, it goes from 0 to 1 and also from 1 to 2 (=+1 energy on every field). Thats ok. It does not go from 2 to 3 (more trade in this base). This means, with free market, GA is absolute useless, compared to costs.

BTW, I made intense calculations and observations about, what is better:

wealth value with GA (+2 econ., you need at least 20% psych. for GA)
or science value without GA (with 50 0 50 instead of 40 20 40 in economy, psych, science).

Guess what? No significant difference in netto-income plus research (labs/turn). So you can decide, wether you dislike more the �morale (with +ind.) or the �probes. Also have a look at the likes/dislikes of your neighbours.

Conclusion. I can�t think of a situation, when GA is to your advantage (too costly) unless the pop-explode-bug (at least) is fixed.
