I got a question for all you full time gamers. I had the Hunter-Seeker algorithm which is supposed to stop Probe team activity in my bases. It was destroyed by a probe team! Is that possible given it's supposed function?

Sounds really weird to me. I usually play UoP, and HSA is something I try to build as soon as possible, because probe temas can be a real disaster for me. In all my games, HSA perfectly did its job, especially one time when I was on the same continent with Morganites, who just loved to probe my bases. One idea, though. If rumors are true and AI cheats at higher levels (Thinker and above), this may be one of those dirty tricks to keep balance . |

Have you already checked this in the secret-projects-screen? I think, you misunderstood the message. Normally it says, that a probe team was destroyed by the HSA! |

Thanks for the thought, I was really just sleepwalking through the game, I was the dominant faction with only about 10 cities left spread through the 3 remaining groups so it is possible I misread the message. |

Perhaps there was a mistake... perhaps should be the probe team destroyed. Please don't spoil the image of the Human-Seeker... to me, at least coz' it's my second favourite!
