Those aren't Easter Eggs, they're pods. Well, they look more like pogs. It even sounds like the computer saying "POG RECOVERED".

To see Deirde nude:
1.Activate a unit in your capital
2.Press 'd'
3.Say yes to any pop up menus

It also works at the begining you hold shift and press 'd' when your colony pod is active.
