Why is it that computer players can igore my calls while I am forced to receive these so called urgent messages?
Also, there's no way for a human player to declare vendetta via diplomacy right now. That seems to be absurd.

click on the Diplomacy button (or what ever its called - the one on the bottom right with the names of all the players)
Right Click on any of them.
Additional little menu comes up where you can say more stuff like "withdraw your troops"

Ah, but how do you ignore their annoying calls on your valuable time !

Alphaman - yes, there are choices like "demand withdrawl" and "renounce pact," but no "declare vendetta."

I seem to recall that if a computer faction is ignoring your calls, then you don't get to do "demand withdrawl," either.
