No, it's for everyone. That's why I like apolyton.net's forum for SMAC better. It actually has a moderater to keep out the stupid posts. Lack |

yes, and as i have said a countless number of times, the tech forum is STILL broke. get your act together firaxis, its only been, say 6 mo or so. |

Its not everyone. It seems to appear randomly. Some of my posts cause a double while others don't. |

It happens to me, too. And eight of the first ten posts right now have 'blah!' in the title. Someone needs to monitor this. |
