New Chassis Types:Submersable: Shift it from being a special ability to it's own chassis. It should resemble the chassis seen in the Maritime Control Center Movie.
Battletech-like Walker: Should become available later in the game around the 10th level of technology, perferably Industrial Nanorobotics. It's special ability is that it treats all squares like road squares (like CIV2's Alpine Troops).
Abilities:
Extended Range Radar: Units See 3 squares away.
Extended Range Bombardment: Unit can bombard from 2 squares away.
Sonar Array: Can see Submersables 2 squares away.
Missile Payload Types:
EMP: Destroys X number of base facilities, depending on the reactor type.
Changes to the Tech Tree:
Move Quantum Power from a 11th level tech to a 9th level tech. Currently, it's rather odd to have the Quantum Chamber at a 11th level tech while Singularity Mechanics and the Singularity Engine are only one tech level above it.
