I should have gotten a save game on this one, but I didn't.
I had two transport foils carrying 2 units each. They were in the same square, and Miriam came in with a needle jet and sunk one of the transports. I was left with one empty foil - all four land units disappeared.
Lesson 1: Don't stack transports
Lesson 2: Fix the bug please!
