. . .speaking of which I remember once when Lal and I met for a drink he was telling me about buffalo. According to Lal a herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Excessive intake of alcohol, we all know, kills brain cells, but naturally it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. And that's why you always feel smarter after a few beers. Lal, I too would like to wish you a Happy Birthday. I wish you much success in the coming year, and just a little reminder that, YOU still owe me twenty bucks! I can't believe that you skipped of the F***ing planet just to get out of a stupid little debt, cheap humanitartian S.O.B. Well the last laugh is on me I have a friend on Planet who is friends with a gentleman named Shen-Ji Yang. Are you familiar with him? Are ya? Well he'll be sending you your birthday present airmail buddy, yeah... Goob the Unforgiving P.S. I was thinking. I could let past rest and call it even. If you could do me one little favor.
