I have completed all of the prerequisites for the Ascent to Transcendence Secret Project but I can't build it because there is no icon for it in the build screen. Where is it at?

Before you can build the Ascent to Transcendence, you had to build a second wonder, the "Stimme des Planeten" (in german, it should be the "voice of the planet" in english). If you had these wonder (600 minerals), you can build the Ascent to Transcendence (2000 minerals).

I have already built the Voice of Planet and I still cannot build the Ascent to Transcendence.

Perhaps the option to Transcend was turned off in the Game Settings?
