I have a problem with upgrading to Singulary Reactor.In the Manual its been told that the hitpoints will increasing to the number equal to the type of reactor but it doesnt by me it stays by 30 points.I have V.3.0.Can anyone help?

It was originally set to 30 late in the project for balance reasons. Customers have since CLEARLY illustrated that this change had far reaching impacts, especially with regards to psi combat. The soon to be released v4 will return the hps to 40.
