Author Topic:   Ascent to Transcendance Bug?

So, here's my problem...
I'm playing as the Gaians... I'm currently researching Transcendant Thought 5 (!!!), I built the Voice of Planet, and by all rights should be able to build the Ascent to Transcendance now, right? Well, it's not there. It's simply not an option to build. No one else is building it either... what am I doing wrong? Or is this a bug?

Sounds like the victory condition is disabled. It frequently occurs when you play a tutorial (which has these disabled), then start a new game and select "use current settings". You can re-enable this (or any) victory condition by hitting ctrl-k, then yes, then shift-f10. Re-enable it, select ok, then hit ctrl-k again to continue play.

That worked, thank you for the advice! It was indeed disabled in the rules (doh!)
Too bad all my hard work doesn't result in me getting on the scoreboard now... but at least I won! Thanks again.
