I created a faction, but I can't get the transparencies on the first graphics sheet
(example UNIV1) to show the transparancies correctly. All my buildings get a large white box around them. I have the pink color used to designate the transparencies correct, I checked it several times.

Is there something else I have to do to enable transparencies? Thanks in advance for any help.

Something like this caught me too. Check the colour index of the pink. It should be R-255 G-0 B-255 I-255. There is another pink in the palette - R-255 G-0 B-255 I-208. The latter is not transparent. Problem is that the I-255 pink wasn't selectable but I got around this by copying sections of it and pasting where needed.
