It seems that someone needs to bug bomb this game...

I ran into a problem building a mag tube to a city with the CTL-T keystroke. The former would give the "r" status, as if building a road, and then just sit there until the next turn when it then had no orders... and no road. I moved it over a space and used the keystroke and tube construction began. Not life threatening, but annoying.
