At least one other person has mentioned the Sky Hydroponics Lab production bug, so I will not go into that. I recently found that a Pact Brother attempted to sell me his map, which the patches were supposed to fix. I made a loan to Deirdre, and I found much later that the balance of the loan became negative -- she kept paying me even though the loan was paid off. I had made another loan earlier and it was paid off normally.

I am not sure these are bugs or incomplete features, but the auto-prune does not work completely. Prototypes that have been rendered obsolete by new advances are not removed, and sometimes manually indicated obsolete types have to be removed twice, once from the build queue and then again from the unit design menu. Also, the auto-design and -prune features completely ignore gravships.

I saw a number of peculiar diplomatic moves in this game. For instance, both Yang and Miriam demanded techs from me for peace, but when I gave them they offered to surrender. I do not know whether this is a bug or due to the fact that my integrity had been reduced to 'Scrupulous.' Either way it does not make sense. Also, Yang stole technology from me with a Probe team after he had surrendered. I thought one of the patches was supposed to make that impossible. It may have been rendered possible due to the fact that I had just taken the base where it was done from Morgan, with whom Yang was at war at the time. Still, it should not be done.

Hmm, do you still have operational units of the obsolete type ? This might keep them in the list.
