posted 05-19-99 01:39 AM ET Is there any way of queueing your formers to perform multiple tasks before you hafta order them every other turn? I hate to fully automate the things cuz I don't think you need a zillion roads and sensor arrays. I find that the thing that takes to most time throughout most of the game is having to tell your dozens of formers what to do. Maybe the next upgrade should allow you to queue a former's activity like the build list. But if I only mislooked soemthing and you can, plz tell me (or tell me how u feel about this). -Demiurge

This very thing was suggested in a "wish list" sent to Firaxis about six weeks ago. Time will tell.

Stating the obvious. If your wish list is to build road here, then here, then here... all the way to here. That can be done with a single command. Then you can go over it again building tube.

No, I was not talking about just building roads. I mean telling the former to go to this square and build a borehole, then go to this square and build a forest, then go to this square and make a sensor array. I do no think that this would be too hard to implement into the next game, and it will cut a lot of turns down by 80%!!! -Demiurge
