I tried the Ascenscion victory tonight but Lo and Behold, when I finished Voice to Transcendance I had this message saying 'any faction ca now start ascenscion to transcendance'. Unfortunatelt, no Ascenscion secret project option or whatever has appeared. Is this me being dum or do I have a problem ?

This usually occurs when you play a scenario or tutorial that has transcendence victory disabled and then start a new game and select Use Current Options. You can re-enable it by hitting ctrl-k, yes, then shift-f10. Re-enable transcendance, select ok, then ctrl-k again.

Is there a way to go the other way? Can you disable Ascension to Trancendance as a victory condition after a game has been started?
