I was playing the game as Hive, and had been in a Pact with UoP. Having swapped SE to things that the UoP doesn't like, they broke the pact. I received an "Urgent Message" notification, and say Zhak's mug. After the opening screen, I was presented with a BLANK diplomacy screen with only the "OK" option. Clicking that, I was notified that the UoP troops had been relocated, and the Diplomacy session ended. Checking status via F12 showed we were no longer Pact.
