Playing without auto design or auto prune.
Still designs new units as when get new power
plant. Doesn't let me prune old transports.
Is there some way to kill the obsolete units
display so it won't take 5 minutes to prune 3
or 4 units?

At lower levels of play, I've noticed the computer autodesigning some units. Around Talent and above, it pretty much leaves you alone except for the new power plant upgrades. Then it asks if you want to change all units over to the new power plant.
I usually end up with a few standard units of my own. I think it would be nice if I could have these in a file somewhere and they would be autodesigned for me when I achieved the proper technology.
