Greetings, Has anyone heard if there's a v4.0 patch in the works? I would really like to see certain display settings be persistent between saves. For example, if I zoom out, save a game, and then restart the game tomorrow, my zoom setting is not restored. For another example, the City grid display settings are also not persistent between save games. Can anyone in the know see if they can't look at the various settings and have them become more persistent between settings? Thanks in advance... -- mf |

Check out "http://come.to/addicted" There is a "PATCH v4.0" link there, with suggestions made by YIN26. He sent them in to Firaxis, and they will probably use some of the fixes... Go check it out... |

Yes there is. But Firaxis is being cagey about the details. Goto Alpha Centauri Nexus @ sidgames.com for a transcript of a recent chat with Tim Train: http://www.sidgames.com/ac/resources/tttranscript.cfm He talks about the patch briefly in the chat. |
