I don't understand why i can upgrade unity rovers to anything i want (Chaos Rover), but why i am unable to upgrade that d***** unity foil to a normal when i researched the tech.
I have the german version and enhancement 2.0
Any explanation welcome

I have 3.0 (US release) and found that if I equip a transport with armor and hypnotic trance, I was able to upgrade a unity foil.
(On earlier versions I had to wait until I got fusion power. Or at least that was when I tried the upgrade and it worked.)
