In 3.0 if I mouse-click to skip the voice-over for a new tech and if a SP movie starts right after that, sometimes (but not always and it seems most common with the Trancendent Thoughts) the voive-over speech stutters through the entire SP movie (though I can also hear the movie sounds). As soon as the movie finishes the sound goes back to normal. At no other point in the game do I get this stuttering effect.

I've looked over other posts about stuttering sounds but I don't think I'm experiencing the same bug. Any else have this same problem?
