I play Zakharov at citizen level (well we all have to start somewhere, don�t we ?)and SMAC keeps "forgetting" when I build headquarters in various cities, i.e one turn I have a nice and orderly community with no inefficency and when I check back a turn or two later the inefficency is skyrocketing and the recently built headquarter is nowhere to be seen. It�s not supposed to behave like that, now is it ? It�s occasionaly "forgetting" roads as well, is there a patch to fix this ?

And another thing i noticed after installing the 3.0 patch (UK) is that i cannot longer choose which particular tech I want to discover (which I could after installing the 2.0 patch), is it supposed to be like that or does the patch need patching ?

I don't know about the headquarters.

In order to choose your tech, you must turn off blind research.

Bishop: Your faction can have only one headquarters. Everytime you build a headquarters in another base, the previous one goes away.
