FIRAXIS!
Will you answer me pertaining to the Space Elevator bug of Enancement 3.0?
It ceases to work, it does not half the cost of satellite production OR double the mineral output of a base constructing a satellite.
WHY?

Just some info: the number to the left of the graph for mineral production doubles when a satellite is being produced, but the graph does not change and the actual rate of production is not changed.
