Just finished a game as University--outteched everyone and crushed the world by 2300. So I get to the victory screen and...no conquer bonus.
And I killed EVERYBODY, no pact sibling crap. In fact, I had to kill Morgan 4 times and Dierdre twice because they started next to me.
So what happened?
