... these two bugs:

a) when you get to frame other factions for the actions of your probe teams, you can only select _eliminated_ factions, not active ones. WTH ?

b) One fine day, Colonel Santiago happily traded tech with me. That's not too exciting, I know. But had a vendetta with her at that time. I guess she _really_ wanted those three(!) techs ... didn't help her much, though.
