Just got the Secrets of AC tech, but base won't let me build the temple. is there something I'm missing? I've already got all the techs!
Also, what affects the rate at which a conquered base converts to your faction(ie the base icon changing)
As for the Air Defense preset model, since combat involves defense armor, how come the interceptors have good offensive, but little defensive capability?

(1) Temple of planets needs Centauri Preserve to build first. No Temple unitl then.
(2) The base loses one unit of pop when you conquer it. Bases with pop 1 cease to exist.

1) The temple needs Centauri Preserve and pre v3.0 Voice of the Planet. �.0 sorts out that bug so you just need the preserve & Secrets of AC
2) I think it is a flat 50 yera wait to change to your icon from other faction icon.
3) All air to air combat is weapon v weapon rather than weapon v armour.
