This is to register a formal Bug report in which the COMPUTER is starting to build Secret Projects that go along with the Tech *the human player* has just discovered. Yet, the individual AI *does not possess the tech to build it*.

This is another suspicously purposeful bug (see Volcano bug). You guys better find your morale problem quickly and get this horribly sabatoged code off the distribution pipelines. I am expecting a time bomb to go off and try formating my HD at the rate I am discovering MASSIVE new cheats in favor of the AI. These things do not make a better game. They ruin it. Get your QA act together, or go join a company that will keep your products in line with the Reputation that Sid, Brian, and the rest of the development team has developed over the years. You guys are fast approaching Sierra for cruddy code at this rate.
