Naval warfare: Altitude bonuses are given to a ship on a shelf square fighting one on a deep ocean square. Has naval warfare been changed to att. vs. att. like artillery duels? I would reccommend alternating att. vs. def. between the ships, but the artillery duel is better than what it was before.Condensers: I sent a saved game to Jeff last week pointing out an example where a condenser only affected some of the surrounding 8 squares. It is supposed to affect all of them, isn't it?
Jet armor: The 3.0 patch increases the cost of armor as listed in the workshop, but in the building screen, the cost is the same as it was before the patch. (say, 130 in the workshop vs. 50 in the build queue.)
Unit support: When you capture a CP city, any existing units that had been supported by that city are not destroyed, but rather, they become independent.
Empaths: This is an AI issue rather than a bug, but if Brian or somebody could be made aware of it, it may be easy to fix. If a CP city has more citizens than squares to put them in, it assigns nearly all of them as Empaths, when it could use them as other specialists (yes, it does have the needed tech.).
