Sweet! I fixed my computer. I've been fighting with it for days and finally got it to work. If there is one thing that I will never let happen to me, it's that I will never let some Microsoft piece of sh*t get the better of me. >=) Anyways, my problem (I believe) was that my old version of Windows95 wasn't using the USB, i.e., the CDROM was MSDOS compatability or whatever it says (see other installation problem threads below). So, I found the website of my motherboard and downloaded a USB fix. I installed that and Alpha Centauri installed perfectly. YEAH! I even got it to start up, but didn't have time to play any. I'm itching for that. So, all you that have that move data error: -113 error, be sure that you have USB for your motherboard/Windows/CDROM. It worked for me.
