Farm readout bug: Terrain I.D window displays incorrect amount of extra nutrients with farm.
I.e Nutrients: 1
With farm: 1

NOT CORRECT.

Old Build orders - a base left to itself (i.e A.I switched off) will continue to build units that have been declared obsolete.

P.S If you haven't read the Transcend Ironman thread yet (in The Game), you should. There are numerous bugs in the end game A.I noted there, especially with regard to Planet Busters.
