No, I'm not colour blind, but my computer appears to be trying to convince me otherwise. For some reason all the factions aside from myself are coloured white (unit flags, etc.) and the colour orange in the photos of the faction leaders has been replaced with light blue. My faction has a similar shade of blue as its colour, even though I'm playing as Morgan.
The demo ran fine and I've not made any changes to my machine since finishing the demo and buying and installing the game (the CPU had barely cooled!)
I've checked back through five days of posts but can't find anyone in a similar position. Any help or just commiserations from people with the same problem much appreciated.
Otherwise a truly great game.

Solved the problem. In my hurry to install the full game I didn't uninstall the demo. Although they were installed in two separate folders, a system file or similar must have been corrupted. All solved with a full reinstall though :-) This game plays even better in colour!
