I have noticed that Gravship Units lose their remaining movement when entering cities.Either this is a bug or a bug exists in the "Go to" command.
I would send the gravship unit to a distant square, say 20 squares away, the unit would move 4 squares, enter a city and stop for the turn, and resume movement on the next turn. If entering the city should stop the movement, the movement path calculated should exclude the city.
