Hi Firaxis!
I want to know if there will be a German patch version 2.0 (and later 3.0) or will you simply let out v2.0 (i have heard 3.0 will be released soon)?

We'll release the v2.0 well before v3.0. There is no date established for v3.0, though the foreign language version of v3.0 will probably be released at the same time as US.
