A few days ago my dad deleted some stuff from the computer, and I don't know exactly what he deleted, but he said he deleted some fonts to free up space. I think he deleted one of the fonts used by the game. Does anyone know what fonts the game use? I have another computer which has all the fonts, but I don't know which fonts to copy. Thanks.

Oh, the only text missing are the ones on the save/load screen. and also the text from the menu option in the game.
One more question, which patch does the Thai version of SMAC use?

I'd just reinstall. I think the Thailand version is the US version, so you might try the US patch.
