When in the screen to "give away a city" you cannot scroll through the list of available cities. Only about 7 or 8 are listed. For a game with a large map, your chances of the desired city showing up would be slim and none...

Idioms are fascinating. I've recently noticed Americans using the phrase `slim and none'. Here we say `Buckley's and none' which is a dual reference: firstly to an escaped convict William Buckley who didn't get very far (spent 20 or 30 years with a nearby aboriginal tribe then was recaptured);
secondly to a (former) department store, Buckley and Nunn.
