I saw that someone posted this message before and did not get an definitive answer. There is a bug, in which the non-host players cannot use supply crawlers to port or add to projects. Actually, you can make it where those supply crawlers CONSTANTLY add resources to a project if you select your same project from the build menu after to add to project. This is a VERY NASTY bug, and my opponents dont like it when I build a secret project in 4 turns at the near beginning of the game. Yes, I do have the 2.0 patch but it didnt fix this.
