Author Topic:   Democracy+Free Market+Creche+Golden Age = No Pop Boom?

In my last game, I had Democracy and Free Market chosen, for a total of +4 growth. Most cities had Children's Creches, for another +2 growth. No population boom. These cities went into golden ages (another +2 growth??). Still no population boom.
Is this a bug, or am I doing it wrong? (i.e. Must have +6 growth showing on the social values screen...)

I noticed too that with +8 growth you grew as fast as with +5, but I didn't know what a pop. boom was until I built the Cloning Vats. So now I think it's a bug.
