Its not really a bug, but it would be a nice feature if the Ctrl-Shft-S and Ctrl-Shft-M commands also built soil enrichers and mag tubes, once those improvements are available.

Also, automated former commands to build the improvements that apply to almost every square (farms, soil enrichers, roads and mag tubes), per square, per base, and empire-wide, would be very nice.

With such commands, the player could decide which of the mutually exclusive improvements (solar collectors, condensors, mines, etc.) to build, without having to manually control improvements that will be built everywhere around a fully developed base, with limited exceptions.

Also, a preference that causes fully automated formers to fully improve any square they are in before moving on would be nice - no more automated formers moving across the map and crossing unimproved squares without stopping.

Preferences for each of the improvements would also be nice - I would like to automate condensors without the risk of boreholes being built, and I would like to be able to turn off automated mines.

Also, automated forest removal and fungus planting (I saw a request for fungus planting in an earlier post - it would be very nice for Gaian end-game strategy) would also be nice.

Great work on the game, the present level of automation is worlds above that previously available.
