Hi, I haven't ever seen responses to my previous problems with the volume control sliders being 'misaligned' on the audio preferences screen, or the problem with the music being so quiet. I'm hoping these will be fixed in the next patch. It's hard to manipulate the sound for this reason. The sliders move all over the screen, and I can't seem to find a level where I can hear the music at a comfortable level, without the voices and FX BOOMING over it.

I also have ?'s about the F4 bases screen. First of all, one thing I don't like is that when you dbl click on the production of a base from this screen and go to the base screen, when you are done and click close, it resets the F4 list back to the top. This makes for lots of scrolling when checking lots of cities at the bottom.

Also, isn't there anywhere where you can see a break down of the food/minerals/energy of each base like in civ2? You know, from the city/base screen. In addition to the name/production/garrison, I'd really like to see the food/minerals/energy. I end up going to each base individually to see how they are configured. As anyone who micromanages alot (like me) knows, you always want to see each base using it's surrounding squares to maximum efficiency.

Jim

I'll look into your slider bug. The different sorting options are being considered for the next patch.
