The auto-construct preference is not working on the talent level of difficulty. Even with auto construct off, units still get made. Trouble with pruning these unwanted units down: it takes 2 tries to retire the unit, the first try to retire a unit doesn't work sometimes. When trying to retire one unit (a ship, for example), the retire yes/no window comes up but it has the name of some other unit (chaos sentinels instead of the ship you are trying to prune). Getting lock-ups in multi-player game when this happens as well (I'm the host). Happening in SP too. Occuring at 'talent' level. The pref is set so as *not* to auto-construct but it still occurs. Could you check this out?
