There is a psych bug I think. I've got a base size 6 with 21 psych output (9 raw + 12 bonus). I'm playing Morgan, transcend, so standard I've got 1 worker and 5 drones. Psych output is supposed, I think, it's not in the manual OR the datalinks, to turn them into 5 talents and 1 worker (worker -> talent 2 psych, drone -> talent 4 psych, drone -> worker 2 psych right?) but instead I get only 3 talents, 1 worker and 2 drones after psych but before facilities. If I change the psych to 14 by moving workers from boreholes to ocean squares, I get the SAME number of drones, workers and talents as when I allocated 21 psych. Other bases with less psych work correctly. It seems as if there is ceiling on the psych effect. MAYBE you fixed this in the patch but I've got no way of telling since I've got the Dutch (UK?) version, and the UK patch is not out yet. Could you remove the CD check too in the patch? If the US version hasn't got one, I don't one either. Otherwise, greatest game ever. Easily.
